Understanding what you want

One of our recruiters will give you a call or email to set up a call. We’ll spend time asking you what you are looking for and finding what kind of unit you’d like to work in and where in the country you’d like to go. It’s also a great chance to ask questions about Mulberie and how we work.

Build a profile

We’ll put together a profile for you based on your resume, licenses, references and skills checklists. It takes a bit of time, we know, but it’s necessary to be able to submit you to a facility for a position. We’ll do our best to make it as painless as possible.

Find a job match

We’ll search for a job match that meets your needs. Once we have one, we’ll talk you through the position, build a pay package, and answer any questions you may have. Then we’ll submit your profile for the position and keep you updated on progress.

Interview and offer

The facility will request an interview and we will coordinate the time with you. Once you talk to the facility and they decide to move ahead, they will make an offer. As soon as we hear the great news we will get in touch to get your acceptance.


Facilities are asking for more and more credentialing in order for you to work, and our experts will guide you through the process of gathering all the documents and tests that you will need. As we get the information we will submit it to the facility for you.

Travel and housing

As the time approaches for you to start, we’ll help you figure out your housing arrangements and your final travel itinerary. We want you to be happy and settled to start working at your new unit.

Onboarding and working

We’ll onboard you to Mulberie and the facility will onboard you to your unit. We’ll also get your payroll and benefits set up. Throughout your contract, we will be here 24 hours a day to help with day to day administration like timesheets, and for anything else you need.

What's next?

About halfway through your contract, we’ll start to talk about what’s next. Maybe you want to renew your contract – if so we will start that process. Maybe you want to try somewhere else – in which case we’ll start looking for the perfect position. Or maybe you want to take a break – we’ll be here when you get back!
